Health and Safety form completed in 2 stages, on the 1st day of my work placement I was introduced to the staff and the building and 2 weeks later I was explained the rest of the procedures and was shown where to find further information when needed. My mentor reassured me to be available if any questions needed to be answered or situations resolved immediatelly.
