My mentor Rebecca Morgan has a great experience teaching and watching her teaching was very educational. Rebecca's approach to teaching is amazing as is her personality that carries through the room and reflects in her students. They all were very difficult to work with but she excelled in behavioural management as well as her personal touch that enabled students to learn in a very approachable environment.

Rebecca has offered to see me any week and any time I needed the support. I have met with her on numerous occasions which I have not all described in here as I have taken some meetings with me on personal basis.

Meetings have helped me greatly to grow as a teacher as she has helped me understand my doubts about myself.

The biggest of them all was my confidence in a classroom. It is very difficult to feel the control over students as I did not feel confident about myself. However, after some observations with her and another teacher I have received an amazing feedback that has enouraged me and helped me with my confidence. Since then I have started to feel more in control and more eager to learn and be creative.
